In order to guarantee your place at Visions Camp Winter Weekend 2012 (from February 24th to 26th, 2012), make sure to register before our February 15, 2012 deadline
If you are interested in attending Visions Camp Winter Weekend 2012, please fill out the registration form at the bottom of the webpage. After your registration is confirmed, you will be contacted by email or phone.

Forms and Documents
Please print, fill and send (along with your payment) the medical and data sheet below. We ask that the completed documents be submitted along with your final payment before: February 15, 2012. (if you can't print the documents, contact us and we will send them to you by mail)

Cost of Camp
The cost to attend the weekend is $115.00
This includes meals, accommodations, all activities (cross country skiing, snow rackets, games, etc) and transportation. We require a full payment of $115 before February 15, 2012.
If room is still available, (first come, first serve basis) registration cost after February 15th - iis of $130.00 ($115+$15 Late fee).
Payment Options:
By Cheque: Cheque should be made to "Visions Camp" and sent by mail to our address.

By Credit Card: Once you register below you will be given the option to pay by credit card. Please include an extra $6 per payments to cover the transaction fees.
***Visions Camp subsidizes campers from low-income families who cannot afford to attend camp. If you require a subsidy, please contact Pierre at 514 812.0760 or pierre@visionscamp.ca. All subsidy information is kept strictly confidential.***
